This page explains what information Autopilot Backend collects, why, and what you can do about it. AUTOPILOT BACKEND, LLC is the company behind this site. We sell to adults in the United States.

What we collect

• Your email and first name, when you sign up for the free workflow or buy a product.
• Purchase details, such as what you bought, the amount, and the date. Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us, like support emails and screen recordings you share for a refund request.
• Basic site data, such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location, collected by cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To send the free workflow, your purchase, and your community invite.
• To send emails about our products and tips. Every email can be unsubscribed from.
• To give support and handle refunds.
• To measure and improve our site and our ads.

Who handles your information

We use other companies to run the business. They process information for us:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Skool, for the community.
• Google Workspace and Google Sheets, for email and our contact list.
• Our own n8n server, hosted by Hetzner in Finland, for sending emails and running our automations.
• Cloudflare, for hosting this site and basic site statistics.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ads and ad measurement through the Meta Pixel. If we use TikTok ads, TikTok will do the same through its pixel.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with these services, to follow the law, or to protect our rights.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies and ad pixels to see which ads lead to sign-ups and to show our ads to people who may be interested. You can block cookies in your browser, and you can manage ads you see at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails any time. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to us.
• Ask us to show, fix, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may keep records we need for taxes and disputes.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer or subscriber, and for as long as needed for taxes, refunds, and legal reasons.

Security

We use passwords, access limits, and trusted services to protect your information. No system is perfectly safe, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
